Conditions of Sale

Not Authorised for Rental Use (Commercial Hire) – Subject to Legal Action.

By purchasing and using the product, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the terms of sale and responsible for any legal costs arising from breach of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product, and return the product to your place of purchase. This product is not to be used for commercial hire purposes, in unauthorised advertising or resold commercially by unauthorised vendors.




Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Responsisbility for incorrect address is at the customer's expense.

  • Merchandise can be returned within 3 days for a refund or exchange. (on-non sale items)
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Items should be returned new, unused and with all Abyss by Abby garment tags still attached.
  • Merchandise returned without tags will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Returns must be received within 5 business days. otherwise it will not be accepted.
  • Postage cost in non-refundable
  • Any shippment refused by customer, once it leaves Abyss by Abby offices, will incur a $50 re-shipping fee back to us. This amount will be deducted before a refund is given.


PLEASE NOTE:   It is very important that you label the items as " RETURNED GOODS" .Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs and charges may be applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Australian Customs Dept at customers expense.

All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags. Once ABYSS BY ABBY has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a  refund or exchange is offered. ABYSS BY ABBY  reserves the right to deny a  refund or exchange  if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender, at customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. Any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains will not be exchanged or refunded.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by ABYSS BY ABBY  will not be issued a  refund or exchange. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. 

Please note that before a refund or exchange can be done, you must contact the staff at Abyss for approval at sales@abyssclothing.com.au within 3 days of receiving the order. Please quote your order number on email.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to ABYSS BY ABBY . ABYSS BY ABBY  will not issue a exchange or refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

Note: When exchanging an item, you must also provide a satche or pay for one, for use in the exchange. Abyss by Abby  does not cover the cost of the satchel for the exchange of goods.

Postage costs for returns are at the customer's expense.

Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.
Once processed, your finanical institution may take 3-5 business days to process the funds back to your account.

Abyss by Abby is not held financially responsible for any international packages lost in transit.

Please allow 7 business days for refunds to be authorised once recieved. We appreciate your patience!

Garments that have been altered or garments that have any attempt at repair made by the customer or registered alteration specialist will be refused.



Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit. 



International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. ABYSS BY ABBY  is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

Any shippment refused by customer once shipped, and is sent back to us will incur $50 charge. this amount will be taken from amount payed to us.




We inspect all garments prior to dispatch at two zones

Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Garments that have been altered or garments that have any attempt at repair made by the customer or registered alteration specialist will be refused.

Please ensure that you have notified us that you are returning a faulty item

if you have recived a faulty item, please email sales@abyssclothing.com.au

to auth a return. With faulty items, we will repair or replace item. If item cant be repaired or replaced, only then will refund be issued.
